Antique American Solid Walnut Corner cabinet c. 1820-1850

Hardware was replaced long ago. Clasp is in a style that came in 1870-1890. Top is shown to reveal what are likely water-powered gauge saw marks. These are also visible on the back, shown in the last photo.

The type of bevel on the front panels and the gauge saw marks on top and back, along with square headed rather than rosette nails help date it at 1820-1850. On the top, on a small brace piece replaced at the front, you can see the contrast between the gauge saw marks on the top and the circular saw marks on that small piece. One of the photos shows recent damage to a side piece. This cupboard is one solid piece, not two piece.
